Please review what BM's have to do regarding Dental Coverage again please.
Is priest life insurance optional? Can it be declined? Also, how do we know if we are In Area or Out? We are many miles away from Denver but all my employees are coming up In Area from the initial Paycom download.
Do the health option screens show the coverage for Centura and UHC? I thought it only showed In Network, but I'm not sure. If it only shows In Network, what network - Centura or UHC?
Will we get a summary of all Employee Benefits to reconcile with?
If a current employee has declined coverage this year but wants to enroll for this next year, will they be able to access the benefits selections?
Will employees be made aware in the employee training that their dental deduction amount could be changed? Do we need to make employees aware of this?
If we have an employee who is paid over 10 months, won't we need to enter the Deduction Start and Stop Dates?
Will Employer Benefits be labels as such, instead of 'Memo' so it's clear?
Will we be sent something showing the standardized dental costs so we can discuss if we should change this year?
